We source both British and imported beef and offer several grades of product, from the highest quality grass-fed traditional British breeds such as Aberdeen Angus, Belted Galloways, Shorthorns and Hereford Cross to indoor reared continental cattle.
Our beef begins its journey with careful breeding by our farmers who fully understand the need to provide excellent quality product. We insist on strict standards not only in animal welfare but also in the technical quality of the product and this can only be achieved when the animals are in an environment where they can thrive.

A large amount of our beef is grass-fed, and we are Directors of the Pasture-Fed Livestock Association. For our premium product we work with Lancashire and Yorkshire farmers supplying only the finest traditional British breeds which is dry-aged for 28 days and butchered using traditional methods.
